Strengths and opportunities

What is working

  • The current-rates page publishes a complete, dated rate table in plain delivered HTML text for savings, money market, certificates, and every checking tier, with no script rendering needed to read a single number.
  • The full personal Schedule of Fees and Charges is one hop from the Forms and Brochures page and extracts cleanly as text from its PDF, itemizing dozens of specific dollar fees.
  • The routing number is placed in the site-wide footer, so it is delivered identically on every page an agent is likely to visit, not buried on one page.
  • Membership eligibility is stated in plain language on more than one page, which is a genuine credit union strength this job set is built to recognize.

Opportunities

  • The account-opening application page is the one page in this run that is not server-rendered. Publishing even a short static requirements summary before the JavaScript app loads would let an agent read the SSN, ID, and funding requirements without executing scripts.
  • The llms/ mirror currently serves the same full marketing HTML as the main site rather than a condensed, agent-oriented summary. A trimmed llms/ page for savings and checking rates would cut hops for a rate-focused agent from two down to one.
  • Checking-product fee waiver terms live inside numbered footnotes that are easy to skim past. Placing the waiver condition directly in the product summary line, next to the fee, would remove any need to scroll to the disclosures block.

Access

Every page the agent requested was delivered on the first attempt. An llms.txt file is published, which gives agent traffic a documented entry point.
