Strengths and opportunities

What is working

  • Savings rates, checking comparisons, and the full fee schedule are all delivered as plain readable HTML text with no script dependency, so an agent reading the raw response gets the real numbers on the first pass.
  • The fee schedule is published twice, once as an HTML table and once as a clean, text-extractable PDF, giving an agent two independent ways to confirm the same figures.
  • The routing number is placed directly in the site's persistent navigation text as well as on its own dedicated page, so it is essentially unmissable to a text-reading agent.
  • The join page for a credit union membership reads like a genuine disclosure document: eligibility, required ID, and funding amount are all stated in plain sentences before any account is opened.

Opportunities

  • Publishing a real llms.txt instead of returning the site's 404 error page would give agents a direct, authoritative index of savings, checking, fee, and routing content.
  • The join.html application page mixes the site-wide sign-in widget fields into the page, which can read as application fields to an agent; separating the informational eligibility content from that persistent widget would make the application page detail cleaner.
  • SECU currently frames its comparison as Checking versus CashPoints Global; adding a short named second checking tier framing (rather than a demand-deposit non-dividend account) would make future two-tier comparisons even more direct for an agent.

Access

Every page the agent requested was delivered on the first attempt. Publishing an llms.txt file would give agent traffic a documented entry point.
