Strengths and opportunities

What is working

  • The Terms and Conditions page for the Altitude Go card serves a complete, textbook Schumer box (APR, all fee categories, balance method, penalty terms) as plain readable HTML, reachable with a single click from the product page and needing no script execution to read.
  • Card product pages state welcome offers, spend requirements and reward category percentages in clear visible text rather than behind interactive widgets, and llms.txt gives agents a large, well-labeled directory of card and education pages to navigate from.
  • robots.txt takes a considered position on agent traffic: it explicitly Allows /llms.txt while disallowing many other paths, and it lists working sitemaps.

Opportunities

  • The Altitude Go product page renders its ongoing purchase APR as an unresolved template placeholder rather than a percentage, so an agent reading only that page cannot answer the APR question; publishing the resolved rate in the page's static HTML, the way the Terms page already does, would close that gap in one place.
  • The application entry point at onboarding.usbank.com currently serves a near-empty single-page-app shell on a plain GET, with no visible text and no form fields; a lightweight server-rendered summary of what the application will ask for would let agents preview the application page honestly before any interaction begins.
  • The welcome offer is anchored to account-opening date rather than a stated calendar promotion window; publishing an explicit start and end date for the current offer would let agents timestamp it with full confidence.

Access

Every page the agent requested was delivered on the first attempt. An llms.txt file is published, which gives agent traffic a documented entry point.
