Competitive Compass is published by one person. This page states plainly what is collected, why, how long it is kept, and how to have it removed.

Three forms on this site collect information, and each one collects only what it needs:
Each form is submitted only when you fill it in and press the button. Nothing on this site collects information from you before that point.
Your email address is used to send you the Competitive Compass newsletter and the report you asked for. Details you send with a deep dive request are used to prepare and return that deep dive. The legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form, and you can withdraw it at any time.
Your details stay with Anuj. They are not sold, rented, traded, or shared with any third party for marketing. The list is never used for advertising by anyone else, and no information you submit is passed to any employer, client, or partner.
Form submissions are delivered by Web3Forms, a form delivery service, and arrive in Anuj's email inbox. The newsletter is sent from that inbox. These providers process the information solely to deliver the message and hold it under their own published terms.
This site sets no advertising cookies, runs no advertising pixels, and carries no third-party analytics. Every font, image, style and script is served from competitive-compass.com itself, so the site loads inside restricted corporate networks without reaching out anywhere else. Standard web server logs record the request, the time and the browser, which is how any web server works.
Your email address is kept for as long as you want the newsletter. When you ask to be removed, it is deleted from the list within 5 working days and the confirmation comes back to you by email.
Write to anuj@competitive-compass.com at any time to see what is held about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, or to receive a copy. Every newsletter also carries an unsubscribe path, and one click is enough. There is no retention period that survives a deletion request.
This site is written for professionals working in financial services. It is not directed at anyone under 16, and no information is knowingly collected from anyone under 16.
Any change to this notice appears on this page with a new date below. Material changes are also stated in the newsletter.
